Biswajeet Bora’s ‘Aisa Yeh Jahaan’ wins hearts and accolades world wide

India’s first Carbon neutral film ‘Aisa Yeh Jahaan’ is not only winning hearts of audiences but also accolades wherever it is being screened. Produced by Maya Kholie and directed by Biswajeet Bora, the film tells the story of ever growing human detachment with nature and how an urban family gets trapped in the concrete jungles of a metropolis. Starring Dr. Palash Sen and Ira Dubey the films plot is dealt in a light- hearted and entertaining manner.

The family drama recently won an Award at the International Film Festival for Environment, Health & Culture 2015 which was held in Indonesia. The film has now been nominated in two categories at the prestigious Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards. ‘Aisa Yeh Jahaan’ features in the list of Best Feature Films and Best Ensemble Cast categories. Apart from this, the film was showcased at the ‘International Independent Film Awards 2015’ at San Francisco 2015 where it won the ‘Silver Award 2015’ followed by the ‘Official Finalist & Recognition 2015’ award at the prestigious ‘Mexico International Film Festival 2015’ in Mexico City. The film has done so well at various prominent film festivals that it was selected in the ‘Official Selection 2015 category’ at ‘Grace Film Festival 2015’ in San Francisco too. Where ever it is being screened, audiences have really loved the film and the way Biswajeet has dealt with the film.
