Arjun Kapoor sweat it out regularly in the gym to go from fat to fit. However his daily workout space has been demolished by the BMC officials. The actor was served a legal notice in December for the illegal construction, an encroachment on his building’s terrace. Although it is said that the members residing in the building had no problems, staff from the civic body visited Arjun Kapoor’s Juhu residence to demolish the makeshift gym which was an illegal structure. Arjun has been a gym regular and it looks like after being left with the demolished gym, he will have to scout for more options across the city.
