From ‘Besharam’ to ‘Bombay Velvet’, Ranbir Kapoor has been criticized for his bad choice of projects very often. Instead of passing the buck, the actor takes the blame on himself for having done such films, “An actor gets a lot of credit when his film is a hit. I too get a lot of love when my movie is a hit. But when my film does not work then I should be open to take the criticism as well in my stride, because it was my choice. The audiences showed faith in me and came to the theaters. So it is very important that the outcome of the film should be on you.” Before this Kapoor scion entered the industry, he was clear of doing varied roles and had even told his father Rishi Kapoor about the same. While during his initial run his gamble paid off, of late he has been panned by most for his choice of projects.
