‘Madamji’ is Priyanka Chopra’s debut as a producer. Recently there was news of the film being delayed as she has signed up with American television production company ABC Studios for a project. “Yes, we have delayed ‘Madamji’ but not because of the other project, that I had signed a year ago. ‘Bajirao Mastani’ got delayed a little bit because of which the schedule of ‘Madamji’ was postponed by 10 days. And then I was anyway going to LA but it would have been a gap of three months before I return. So we took a collective decision to do the film start to finish,” cleared Priyanka. ‘Madamji’ will be directed by Madhur Bhandarkar and the shoot is expected to begin by mid 2015.
