Sonam Kapoor will be seen portraying brave-heart Neerja on the silver screen titled the same. The actress put in a lot of efforts to know everything about the protagonist. “For me, it is important that people understand who she is and her story. She was extremely principled. I did a lot of research on her and also spoke to all her friends and family, people who knew her, the crew members and passengers. Everyone said that she was only interested in doing the right thing and it did not matter what it was,” says Sonam. ‘Neerja’ is all set to release on February 19, 2016.
