Disney’s ‘The Jungle Book’ is gearing up for a release in India and Bollywood’s veteran actor Nana Patekar has dubbed for the fearsome tiger Shere Khan in the film. Back in the early ’90s too Nana Patekar had lent his voice for the same character. Reminiscing his old days, the actor says, “Years back when the film was released by NFD, Ravi Malik had asked me whether I would like to play a part in it. I simply agreed as I did not have enough money that time. I was paid about Rs 3,000 to 5,000. But this time, money wasn’t an issue, I just wanted to reminisce my good old days and I am happy about it.” ‘The Jungle Book’ is set for a release next week and will be an advanced version of the 1967 classic animated movie.
