From ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’, to ‘Neerja’, and the most recent, ‘Sarbjit’, biopics have become a hot topic in the industry. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who played the role of Dalbir Kaur in ‘Sarbjit’, is hopeful that more such films will be made. “There are lot of wonderful stories being told and as a creative person and an artiste, it is a good thing that such stories are being shared with the audiences. Even the people are loving such stories. Till the time they support such movies, producers and writers will be inspired to share more such stories,” opines the actress, who was showered with praise for her emotional portrayal of a sister fighting for her brother’s freedom in ‘Sarbjit’.
