Akshay Kumar started off the New Year with a big release, Neeraj Pandey directed ‘Baby’. The film is an espionage thriller and hit the screens on January 23. The makers were hoping to catch on the extended holiday weekend of January 26. And according to trade reports, the film has fared fairly well at the box office. ‘Baby’ has reportedly made a total of approximately Rs 50.97 crore at the box office. The film enjoyed a three day long weekend and will now face competition in the upcoming week with films like ‘Hawaizaada’ and ‘Khamoshiyan’.
