The makers of ‘Dear Zindagi’ released the first look of the film yesterday, featuring Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan. In a different marketing strategy, there will be no trailer for ‘Dear Zindagi’. Director Gauri Shinde reveals, “We have decided not to go the usual route for ‘Dear Zindagi’. We will be releasing many smaller video units titled ‘Dear Zindagi Take 1’, ‘Take 2’ and so on. It was Shah Rukh’s suggestion that we invite the viewer bit by bit into the experience of ‘Dear Zindagi’. I believe that promotions should be such that the viewers would want to see the film and find out all about it.” ‘Dear Zindagi’ releases on November 26.
