Gauhar Khan is much known for her item numbers, however the actress doesn’t like the term ‘item songs’. She said, “I never call them by this term (item numbers). I feel that they are entertaining dance numbers and it should be the term overall. I find the other term a bit derogatory, be it for me or anyone else.” Ask the actress if she has completely stopped doing item numbers and she said, “If I get an interesting dance number then I would love to do it. But right now I am being very choosy for songs because the two numbers of ‘Ishaqzaade’ became very big.” The actress appeared in songs ‘Jhalla Walla’ and ‘Chokra Jawaan’ in the film.
