Vikas Bahl was at the center of an alleged sexual harassment controversy, accused by a female employee of Phantom Films. Kangana Ranaut, who has worked with Vikas Bahl on the National Award winning film ‘Queen’, reacts to the serious charges against the filmmaker, saying, “It is a very serious issue and it is very courageous of a woman to come out and speak about the situation she has faced. I am not the party involved in this but generally women who are going through such situations should be encouraged to speak about it. The authorities will decide what the right thing is but people should speak up.” Kangana has championed many causes in the past and has also stood for women empowerment.
