Reema Lagoo, who has played a mother to Salman and Shah Rukh Khan on the silver screen, died of a cardiac arrest early morning today. The veteran actress was 59 and reportedly complained of chest pain late last night. She was then admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital by family members. Around 3:15 am, the actress breathed her last at the Andheri hospital. Lagoo was married to Vivek Lagoo, but the couple had separated later. The late actress is survived by daughter Mrunmayee and son-in-law. Lagoo’s body was brought to her home in Lokhandwala today morning and left for the funeral at the Oshiwara crematorium.
