Aamir Khan was in Mumbai for the trailer launch of his eighth home production film, ‘Secret Superstar’. Being a filmmaker himself, Aamir commented on the censorship issues that most films are facing, “Censorship is something that I don’t know how relevant it is today. As far as my knowledge goes, the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) is not supposed to censor a film, it is supposed to grade the film, certify as to which age group can watch the movie. That’s how we should proceed.” The latest film to face the Censor Board wrath is Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz’, which has been awarded 48 cuts along with ‘A’ certificate.
