​Akshay Kumar’s super busy through 2018

Twinkle Khanna has announced the release date of her maiden home production, ‘PadMan’, for April 13, 2018. Akshay Kumar will play the lead in this film which will take up the subject of menstruation and sanitary napkins. ‘PadMan’ is a biopic on Arunachalam Muruganantham, who is famously known as the ‘menstruation man’. Come 2018 and Akki promises an adventurous ride. First off he will be seen as a tough villain alongside Rajinikanth in ‘2.0’, which releases during the long weekend of Republic Day, precisely on January 25, 2018. And after ‘PadMan’ in April, Akshay will don a vintage avatar romancing Mouni Roy in Reema Kagti’s sports drama ‘Gold’ which is slated to release in August.
