Nawazuddin Siddiqui has little time to celebrate the success of his last film ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz’ which made Rs 11.24 crore in six days of its release, recovering the budget of Rs 5 crore easily. The actor is now looking forward to plunge into the shoot of first Indian Netflix Originals, which will be based on Vikram Chandra’s 2006 thriller novel, Sacred Games. “I am going to begin with the Netflix Originals show next. I have to concentrate on the series because it will be a very difficult shoot,” quips Nawaz. The show will explore Mumbai’s dark underbelly and will be helmed jointly by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane.
