After playing mother-son duo in ‘Patiala House’, Dimple Kapadia and Akshay Kumar are set to reunite for the silver screen. The real life mother-in-law and son-in-law pair has come together for the debut movie of actor Karan Kapadia. Karan is the son of Dimple’s sister, late Simple Kapadia, and Akki is doing his bit for the budding actor’s maiden venture. Filmmaker Tony D’Souza will launch Karan in his upcoming home production next year, which will have special appearances by Akshay and Dimple. Dimple and Akshay, along with Twinkle Khanna reportedly became Karan’s close family after his mother’s death in 2009.
