Naseeruddin Shah has done several impressive roles over the years. It seems like the actor is not very comfortable with the new age idea of film promotions. Voicing his opinion, Naseer said, “I feel that everyone does it, hence we need to do it too. But I feel that a film is successful because of its merit and not because of promotions. Every film has promotions, but not all films work. All films have a lot of stars but it is not necessary that the audiences go for it, even if they are your favorite ones. I believe that audiences smell a good film. Promotions can make a good film even more successful.”
