Cricketer Zaheer Khan and Bollywood actress Sagarika Ghatge had a registered marriage yesterday, on November 23, at Zaheer’s residence at Lower Parel in Mumbai. The newlyweds were decked in traditional outfits as they exchanged garlands. The couple hosted a cocktail party for close friends in the evening, which saw attendance from the cricket and film fraternity. Sachin Tendulkar with wife Anjali, Sagarika’s co-star from ‘Chak De! India’, Vidya Malavade, Harbhajan Singh, Yuvraj Singh’s wife Hazel Keech, Akash Ambani and filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor with wife Pragya Yadav were in attendance. Zaheer and Sagarika had announced their engagement in April this year.
