Nirav Modi is making headlines after being accused by the Punjab National Bank for a fraud to the tune of Rs 11,400 crore. Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra was the brand ambassador of the jewelry line since almost a year, but in the wake of current developments the actress is seeking legal opinion to end all ties. Priyanka Chopra’s spokesperson says, “There are speculative reports that Priyanka Chopra has sued Nirav Modi. This is not true. However, she is currently seeking legal opinion with respect to terminating her contract with the brand in light of allegations of financial fraud against Nirav Modi.”
