Ranveer Singh is looking forward to playing the fun cop in ‘Simmba’, collaborating with Rohit Shetty for the first time for a feature film. Echoing his excitement for the film, Ranveer says, “I am very excited to work with Rohit sir. He is the king of ‘masala’ films, which I love. This is something I was born to do.” Ranveer is currently in happy space with the success of ‘Padmaavat’ and interesting line-up of films. “I am feeling very blessed as I have got the opportunity to work with the best of filmmakers in the business, from Mr. Bhansali to Zoya Akhtar, Rohit Shetty and Kabir Khan,” he feels.
