A while ago, Shahid Kapoor had confirmed that he has signed a romantic film with his ‘Jab We Met’ director Imtiaz Ali. And as the film is set to go on floors soon, the makers are scouting for a fresh face to be cast opposite the actor. Trade report suggests that Imtiaz is keen to launch a new actress with his love-story. Whether this dream debut is presented to a star kid or a struggling actress, only time will tell. In the meantime, Shahid is busy playing lawyer for filmmaker Shree Narayan Singh in ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’.
