Ranbir Kapoor-starrer ‘Sanju’ has hit the jackpot at the box office! The film has recorded the biggest opening weekend figures of 2018, with Rs 120.06 crore in the pocket. The biopic set the box office on fire with its exceptional collection figures – Rs 34.75 crore on Friday, 38.60 crore on Saturday and Rs 46.71 crore on Sunday. Directed by versatile director Rajkumar Hirani, ‘Sanju’ has surpassed the opening weekend figures of popular films like ‘Padmaavat’ and ‘Race 3’. ‘Sanju’ fetched mixed reviews from critics as it released on 4,000 screens across the country but still managed to pull fans to theatres.
