Sonali Bendre shocked her fans and fraternity as she revealed the unfortunate news of being diagnosed with high-grade metastatic cancer yesterday. Abhishek Bachchan, who is a close friend of Goldie Behl and Sonali Bendre, flew out to New York last week to meet the couple. While Akshay Kumar, who was holidaying in New York with the family, reportedly rushed to meet the actress when he came to know about her condition. Sonali is currently undergoing treatment at New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and is accompanied by husband Goldie Behl and their 12-year-old son Ranveer apart from a few visiting friends.
