With Phantom Films being dissolved, future projects by the company seem to have taken a hit. The production house was to back ‘Gulab Jamun’, bringing together Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on the silver screen. The said project was to be directed by Sarvesh Mewara. But with no Phantom Films in place, the work on ‘Gulab Jamun’ is reportedly postponed. Also, Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane had announced a second season of their directorial, ‘Sacred Games’, but its fate remains uncertain. Defamation charges and legal notices hounding Anurag, Vikas Bahl and Vikramaditya, the three partners of the production house, have affected their creative careers.
