We had earlier reported how Katrina Kaif was the front runner to play the leading lady opposite Akshay Kumar in ‘Sooryavanshi’. The makers have finally confirmed the news. Katrina will reunite with Akki for this cop drama, which will be produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Under the leadership of director Rohit Shetty, the team is set to begin its next schedule in Goa. ‘Sooryavanshi’ is high on action and promises a glimpse of Ajay Devgn as ‘Singham’ and Ranveer Singh as ‘Simmba’. The film is scheduled to hit the screens during Eid next year. Apparently, Salman Khan is also eyeing the same date for ‘Inshallah’.
