Salman Khan has been about town spreading a positive word for his upcoming release ‘Bharat’, but the film seems to have attracted some negative publicity too. A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in Delhi High Court by Petitioner Vipin Tyagi, who has stated that the word ‘Bharat’ cannot be used for commercial purpose, as it violates Section 3 of Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act. The petitioner has reportedly also asked for a change in dialogues that compare Salman’s character to the country. With ‘Bharat’ scheduled to hit the screens on June 5, during Eid, this legal trouble is posing a threat to its release.
