Shahid Kapoor has put up an impressive act as a doctor with anger management issues in the trailer of ‘Kabir Singh’, and to put up a convincing performance the actor trained with actual doctors. Shahid spent a considerable amount of time in the company of surgeons, observing their procedures, to adapt to their working style. Speaking about the preparations, Shahid says, “Kabir Singh is an accomplished surgeon – perhaps the best in his field. So, the mannerisms and actions needed to be precise. Interacting with experts gave me a deeper understanding of the craft.” ‘Kabir Singh’ features Kiara Advani as Shahid’s love interest and is scheduled to hit the screens on June 21.
