Hrithik Roshan’s maternal grandfather, J Om Prakash, passed away on Wednesday morning. The veteran filmmaker breathed his last at the age of 93. He has worked with actors like Jeetendra and Rajesh Khanna and directed hits like ‘Aap Ki Kasam’ (1974), ‘Arpan’ (1983) and ‘Aakhir Kyon?’ (1985), while has produced ‘Aas Ka Panchhi’ (1961), to name a few under his belt. Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan were the first ones to reach to the Roshan family pad, before the funeral. Late J Om Prakash’s daughter Pinky Roshan arrived for the funeral with a bandaged leg. Son-in-law Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik’s ex-wife Sussanne Khan, Dharmendra and other celebrities paid their last respects to the filmmaker.
