Sidharth Malhotra’s film ‘Shershaah’ was stuck since a few days, thanks to the scrapping of Article 370 and 35A of the Indian constitution pertaining to Jammu & Kashmir. ‘Shershaah’ was to be shot in Kargil but there was a delay in procuring the required equipment and shooting gear, which resulted in the delay of the flick by two days. Sidharth was to shoot for this Vikram Batra biopic from Wednesday when the shooting equipment was to arrive from Srinagar. Due to closure of the entire state, which has now been turned into a Union Territory, and the restrictions put by the government, the unit arranged for the paraphernalia from Leh. The shooting of ‘Shershaah’ is to now begin today and Sidharth is all pumped-up for the army officer’s biopic.
