Versatile actor Rajkummar Rao lost his father Satyapal Yadav on Thursday. He was 60 and was hospitalized since the past 17 days at Medanta in Gurugarm near Delhi. The actor performed his father’s last rites in the presence of family members and very close friends at Gurugram’s Madan Puri cremation ground in the morning at around 10 on Friday. Satyapal had worked in government’s revenue department. No particular reason was given behind his death. Rajkummar had lost his mother in 2017 when the actor was shooting for ‘Newton’. He reported back on the sets in just a day’s time back then and raised the bar for professionalism. The reason cited by Rajkummar was that his mother would have loved to watch him discharge his duties professionally.
