Aamir Khan was set to play late music mogul Gulshan Kumar on the silver screen in a biopic, which would be directed by Subhash Kapoor and produced by Bhushan Kumar. However, with the director being embroiled in the #MeToo controversy, Aamir had decided to drop out of the project. Latest buzz now suggests that Mr Perfectionist, as Aamir is fondly known in the entertainment circuit, is back on board for the biopic, after going through a long process of understanding the nature of accusation against Subhash Kapoor. Aamir is currently busy working on his ambitious project, the Hindi remake of the Oscar-winning film ‘Forrest Gump’, post which he will take up this biopic.
