Kangana Ranaut will soon be seen playing the iconic politician Jayalalitha in a multilingual biopic. Recent buzz suggested that the film has hit a roadblock due to lack of funds and may not go on the floors anytime soon. However, in a reversal of sorts, it has been confirmed that the film is on track and Kangana will feature in four looks, spanning different ages of the politician in the biopic. Hollywood makeup expert Jason Collins, who has worked on ‘Captain Marvel’ and ‘Blade Runner 2049’, has been roped in for Kangana’s makeover. The team is scheduled to begin shooting post Diwali. Directed by AL Vijay, Jayalalitha biopic is titled ‘Thalaivi’ in Tamil and Telugu and ‘Jaya’ in Hindi.
