Bollywood seems to be far from slowdown, despite many citizens in India crying wolf for the Indian economy. The four consecutive films in the Hindi entertainment world, from the period August 15 to September 13, have all entered the coveted Rs 100-crore club! Jogging down the memory lane, this seems to be the only time that such an achievement is seen in the Hindi film industry. ‘Mission Mangal’, ‘Saaho’ (Hindi), ‘Chhichhore’ and ‘Dream Girl’, all collected over Rs 100 crore at the box office, in turn creating history for Bollywood! Having said that, not all of these films can be termed as hits, keeping in mind their huge production costs. If ‘Batla House’, which released with ‘Mission Mangal’, too joins this league then it will indeed be a history.
