A while ago, Akshay Kumar had unveiled his bare-chested poster of ‘Bachchan Pandey’. The film will be directed by Farhad Samji. While the team had not announced the leading lady, reports doing the rounds suggest that Kriti Sanon has been roped in to play the part of Akki’s love interest. Interestingly, Akshay and Kriti have already teamed-up for ‘Housefull 4, which is also directed by Farhad Samji. This could have acted as an advantage for the lead pair, more so for Kriti. Buzz is that ‘Bachchan Pandey’ is the Hindi remake of the Tamil hit film ‘Veeram’. Akshay will be seen in an action-packed avatar in this film which is scheduled to hit the screens during Christmas 2020.
