Ajay Devgn visualized making a film like ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ three decades back! And none other than Ajay’s friend and director Rohit Shetty who claims this. “Not just Ajay visualized this film 30 years back what a coincidence it is that ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ became his 100th film when his dream is achieved,” says Rohit, who was specially invited and present for the trailer launch of the film. Ajay plays the titular character of Maratha warrior Tanaji Malusare who was active in the 1600s. Scheduled to release on January 10, 2020, ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ also stars Saif Ali Khan as Uday Bhan who fought against Tanaji and finally became the reason for the latter’s death in the battlefield.
