Rishi Kapoor was hospitalised over the weekend in New Delhi. The veteran actor said that it was an infection, possibly due to the extreme pollution in the capital. Rishi’s actress-wife Neetu Singh Kapoor is accompanying him while Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt joined him in the hospital later. The senior actor’s alleged absence at nephew Armaan Jain’s mehendi ceremony was conspicuous which attracted everyone’s attention. That’s when the news of Rishi’s hospitalisation came out. He was said to be shooting in New Delhi for a few days. Rishi Kapoor returned from New York in September last year after being treated for cancer. On the work front, Deepika Padukone announced ‘The Intern’ remake with Rishi Kapoor recently.
