Nana Patekar’s NGO Naam Foundation has sued actress Tanushree Dutta for a whopping Rs 25 crore. The NGO employees allege that Tanushree’s claims of Nana sexually harassing her has dented its reputation. It all started when the actress pointed fingers at Nana Patekar during the #MeToo movement in 2018. Tanushree had alleged that Nana, in connivance with choreographer Ganesh Acharya, made advances and touched her inappropriately over and over again during the shoot of ‘Horn OK Pleassss’ in 2008-09. Though Nana founded this NGO only in 2015 to help farmers in drought-affected areas, Tanushree’s allegations three years later have only made things worse for the organization, the claim says. Tanushree is expected to file her reply soon.
