Sanjay Leela Bhansali leaves no stone unturned while it comes to making his larger than life films. His grand sets which are mounted on a large scale, too speak volumes of the kind of filmmaker he is. Bhansali had erected a huge set for his upcoming film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ at Film City Studios in Mumbai. The cost of the set is said to be around Rs.6 crore. Taking into account the detailing that goes behind this ace filmmaker’s design, 6 crore could be the low end price tag. But as the fate would have it, this could be demolished without being used for long. Alia Bhatt shot for a few scenes but Bhansali had to halt filming after the lockdown in Mumbai. With no word on when shooting will resume, the set might have to be taken down soon.
