Irrfan Khan had a health scare recently and the actor has been admitted to a city hospital following a sudden deterioration in his condition. Irrfan has been reportedly admitted to the ICU, with wife Sutapa Sikdar by his side. “Yes, it is true that Irrfan Khan is admitted to the ICU,” said his spokesperson. Irrfan was diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumor two years back. While he returned to Mumbai after undergoing treatment in London, the actor has apparently been under medical care since then and hence could not promote his latest release ‘Angrezi Medium’. Irrfan recently lost his mother, Saeeda Begum, who breathed her last on Saturday in Jaipur. He was unable to attend her last rites due to his own health issues.
