Shah Rukh Khan offered his Khar office in Mumbai to use for the Covid-19 affected patients as a quarantine centre. And this news made much noise everywhere and rightly so. Unfortunately, King Khan’s office space is still lying unused. Shah Rukh, along with wife Gauri Khan had proposed to the government authorities to quarantine the coronavirus-infected patients inside their office. The couple also vacated the entire commercial space and turned it into a medical centre, which was then handed over to the authorities on April 24th. It’s been over a month since then and the Khans’ four-storey, 22-bed isolation centre is yet to see a single, even asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic patient in its vicinity. Shah Rukh and Gauri lent the helping hand through their charity Meer Foundation.
