Choreographer Saroj Khan had to be suddenly hospitalised on Saturday when she complained of breathlessness. The 71-year-old dance master was moved to Guru Nanak Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai where she fortunately tested negative for Covid-19. Filmmaker Kunal Kohli, who is in touch with the dance guru, said, “I spoke with Saroj Khan’s son Raju Khan just now. He said Masterji is doing better and is recuperating. She was taken to the hospital as she felt breathless. No Covid-19. She’s better now. He thanks everyone for their prayers and wishes. We hope and pray our beloved Masterji is home soon.” Reportedly, if she keeps recovering in a similar way then Saroj Khan is expected to be discharged from the hospital in a couple of days.
