The news of Anushka Sharma signing on for Adipurush was buzzing in the inner circles of Bollywood. It is now coming to light that the actress is not part of the project but, ‘Adipurush’ was never even discussed with her. Since Anushka is pregnant, she is planning to start working from the middle of next year. “Anushka is raring to resume work immediately post her pregnancy and there will be big announcements in place as and when the time is right. But ‘Adipurush’ definitely doesn’t feature in her plans. She was not involved in the project at all, right from the script or to the dates,” informs a trade source. The film starring Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan is scheduled to go on the floors in early 2021.
