Shahid Kapoor seems to have joined the bandwagon and jumped into the OTT platform game. The ‘Kabir Singh’ actor hit the jackpot when the film crossed Rs 200 crore, making this his first film to achieve such a feat. This cemented his position as one of the most bankable stars in recent times. After entering this coveted club, Shahid decided to produce a film all by himself. He set his eyes on the Indian boxer Ngangom Dingko Singh biopic and purchased the rights of the story. The film was to go on the floors in January 2019 and then at the end of the same year. But it is yet to take off. Now it is being reported that Shahid will produce projects for a major OTT platform which could be a three-film deal. He has even started setting up his own studio for producing films. Though it remains to be seen whether Shahid will also act in these films or will remain behind the scenes.
