Bollywood is crawling back to work but is yet to switch into party mode. While Diwali is just round the corner, no big bash is being planned by celebrities. Buzz is that Amitabh Bachchan’s grand Diwali celebration at his Juhu bungalow has been called off while Ekta Kapoor’s much-talked-about ‘taash’ party may also not take place this month. Apart from safety concerns, Bachchan also dropped his Diwali celebration in respect of Rishi Kapoor’s demise. He was not just Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s uncle but also a cherished co-star to Big B and Abhishek Bachchan. In the past, Big B had called off Diwali celebrations when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father Krishnaraj Rai passed away in 2017, while in 2018 he had cancelled the same as Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s father-in-law Rajan Nanda had passed away.
