Salman Khan had a lucky escape from a court hearing in the blackbuck poaching case today. The District and Sessions Court in Jodhpur had ordered Salman to be present under the Blackbuck Hunting And Arms Act case and the hearing was scheduled for December 1st. His lawyer Hastimal Saraswat submitted in the court, that due to the coronavirus pandemic in the country, the actor should be pardoned from travelling. Accepting his plea, the court allowed him to avoid just one hearing and has fixed the next date as January 16th. The star is appealing against the 2018 verdict of the District and Sessions Court which stated that Salman be jailed for five years in the endangered animals’ poaching case.
