Aahana Kumra’s last film, ‘Khuda Haafiz’, hit OTT instead of movie theaters thanks to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Being released on a digital platform, the film actually got a wider worldwide audience. Hence the makers are now eyeing for world television premiere. Excited about the same Aahana says, “I take immense pride in playing the character of Tameena Hamid and I think it was very well received by the audience. I am glad that director Faruk Kabir considered me playing a lady officer.” For those who are yet to watch it, Aahana plays the role of a police officer while Vidyut Jammwal portrays the lead who is in search of his wife. ‘Khuda Haafiz’ was shot in the Central Asian country of Uzbekistan.
