After winding-up shooting for ‘Rashmi Rocket’ in the chilly deserts of Gujarat and currently shooting ‘Loop Lapeta’ in Goa, Taapsee Pannu will soon move on to ‘Shabaash Mithu’. She recently showed a glimpse of her cricket training in which Taapsee plays the captain of the Indian women’s team, Mithali Raj. Speaking about her training regimen in this biopic, Taapsee says, “I’ve never played the game before. I have only been a spectator and a hyper-ventilating fan of the game. So being on the other side is going to be a huge challenge. But I feel that such pressures bring out the best in me. This is probably that one common trait I can identify between Mithali and me.” ‘Shabaash Mithu’ is directed by Rahul Dholakia and is expected to release later this year.
