The Saif Ali Khan and Prabhas starrer ‘Adipurush’ hit the headlines when the film’s set caught on fire. A huge set was erected in Mumbai’s suburban area, Goregaon, where Team ‘Adipurush’ was to start filming soon. But before the shoot could even begin, the set was ablaze leaving its producers Bhushan Kumar and Om Raut in limbo. While the loss is still being estimated, it is expected to run into a few crores of rupees. Om Raut is also the director of the film. Thankfully, no casualty was reported from the sets after it caught fire. The film is a take from epic Ramayana and is scheduled to release in August 2022.
