Karan Johar was held responsible for a seismic shake-up today, tremors of which were being felt since yesterday. Karan announced a new film which is titled ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. But what made the earthquake felt was the news that Karan is directing the film himself, apart from producing it. Other big news is that ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ will have a stellar star cast comprising of Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi! It was being speculated since yesterday evening that Karan will announce a film with these actors but no confirmation was available. Confirming the news this afternoon, Karan said, “This ensemble cast makes this story even closer to my heart. Meet my all-time favourite actors and the extraordinary family of Rocky and Rani! Coming to your screens in 2022!” KJo also released its colourful poster on social media.
