Kangana Ranaut had recently launched her production house – Manikarnika Films, and also announced her first film under the banner on May 1st. To top this, the National Award winning actress has now revealed the star who will be acting in this maiden production. Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been roped-in to feature in her home production film which is titled ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’. Tagging Nawazuddin in her Insta post, Kangana said, “Welcome to the team, sir,” and also shared his picture. On the other hand, Manikarnika Films’ statement read, “The best actor of our generation joins team ‘Tiku weds Sheru’. We are privileged to have found our lion. Filming begins soon.” Earlier, it was Irrfan Khan who was to play the part, but after the actor’s untimely passing, Nawaz has signed on.
